Rules

Rules for writing in the freelance role-playing game Kingdom of Coldmoon are direct, simple and are only in place to help ensure the positive success of the game. The rules must be followed at all times, unless when granted special permission by the other involved character(s) and/or Rulers of KCM at the time.

Rules in Regards to Rulers:

1. The people that rule/run Kingdom of ColdMoon must be available Out Of Character (OOC) as well as In Character (IC), when possible.

Other rules in regards to rulers will be sent to the appropriate parties at the appropriate time.

Rules in Regards to Character Involvement:

1. NO character may control kill another person's character.

2. NO character may control the actions of another person's character.

Instead of writing:

You are walking along the path, and you see a flower laying on the side ...

It should be written as:

Along the path, lies a flower ...

These rules may be granted special permission, however the other person involved would have to ask for and the other(s) would have to give explicit permission to control their actions or kill their death.

Rules in Regards to Character(s):

1. There is no limit to how many characters one may have, however you must be sure when you are writing a note (post) that it is clear as to which character(s) are involved. An easy way to help ensure this is to sign the names of the characters that are/were involved in the note, at the bottom of it.

2. NO character may have expertise in absolutely everything. Characters may gain knowledge in other areas of skills, however.
